4 Hedgerows is a lodge based in Lanreath, Cornwall. It is located on the Stonerush Lakes site, with extensive views across the Cornish countryside and its own restaurant. Internally, there is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. There is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a terrace, with a private hot tub and furniture provided. Parking is available at the property for one car. 4 Hedgerows is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Cornwall’s finest sights. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TV with freeview, DVD, fibre optic broadband. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. Terrace with private hot tub. Sorry, not pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony terrace and lakes and open water on site, so children must be accompanied at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
