6 Hedgerows is a modernised lodge based in Lanreath, Cornwall. It has been set across one floor, and has two spacious bedrooms. There is one king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one twin with a separate family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. You will also find a terrace area, with a private hot tub and a table and chairs provided. Off road parking is available for one car. 6 Hedgerows is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, fibre optic broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed decked area with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site pub/restaurant 5 mins walk. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Four steps up to property. . Note: Due to balcony decking area and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
