Outside has a decked terrace with a table, chairs and a private hot tub. There is an on-site restaurant available. Off-road parking is available for one car on the sloped drive. 6 Lake View is the ideal secluded property for a romantic holiday. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, iPod docking station, fibre optic boradband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car on sloped drive next to the lodge. Decked terrace with table, chairs and private hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site restaurant/pub 5 minute walk. Note: The parking for the property is on a sloped drive. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Gentle slope down to the lodge and one step up. Note: Due to balcony terrace and as there are lakes and open water on site children must be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
