6 Water's Edge is a ground floor, family lodge located in Lanreath, Cornwall. The property has spacious rooms and has been tastefully decorated by the owners to create a comfortable and relaxing holiday home. Inside, there is an open-plan living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen and dining area. It has one king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a decking area with furniture provided. Parking is available. EV charging point. 6 Water's Edge is the perfect getaway for small families. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. EV charging point. Decked area with furniture. Hot Tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site pub/restaurant 5 mins walk.Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decked area over lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
