7 Water's Edge is a romantic lodge located in Lanreath, Cornwall. Internally, there is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a separate shower room and WC. Outside has a private terrace area, complete with a hut tub and a table and chairs. Off road parking is available for one car. EV charging point. 7 Water's Edge is the ideal secluded property for a romantic holiday. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. EV charging point. Private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub/restaurant on-site 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to terrace elevated over the lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
