To ensure all guests have easy access and use of the marked parking space provided, the development uses a Parking Permit system.

Chapel Rock View is a beautiful apartment nestled on Perranporth Beach, on the north coast of Cornwall. It hosts two bedrooms, sleeping four guests altogether. Inside there is also a family bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is access directly onto the beach, with a variety of local amenities easily reached. Chapel Rock View provides an escape to the seaside with a contemporary feel throughout.

Off road parking for one car. Sea facing Patio with purpose built furniture for perfect sunsets or breezy breakfasts. State of the art Green Underground heat source heats this property via underfloor heating with individual thermostatic controls to the open plan Kitchen / Dining and lounge, and both King size bedrooms, maintaining a constant temperature. Beach on doorstep (2 mins walk). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, picnic set for 4, juicer, Tassimo coffee machine. 3 x Smart Internet Connected TV's with Freeview, and complimentary Netflix on main 4K LED 50 inch Smart Television with Sonos Sound bar, Super-Fast Fibre Wi-Fi. Hairdryers, Iron & Ironing board available. Day safe available in each bedroom. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Sorry, no smoking, no barbeques, no pets and no candles. Newquay airport 25 mins drive. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Lift or ramp access. Note: Children must be supervised in communal garden areas and cliffs. Local Bus stop just less than four minutes’ walk away. Good public transport connections with Truro main line rail station less than twenty minutes’ drive. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
