Crabapple Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage near the town of Falmouth in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms including a double and a single, there is also a bathroom, the cottage can sleep three people. Also inside there is an open pan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, a patio with a table and chairs and a shared lawn. Crabapple Cottage is a stunning property in a great location. Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort. Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site. This property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips. Note: This property can only sleep a maximum of three people, including children. Infants & children under the age of 2 years not allowed at this property.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared on-site laundry facilities, TV with Freeview, DVD, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road allocated parking for 1 car plus visitors parking. Open patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Communal lawn garden. Shared use of gym, Jacuzzi, splash pool, children's play area and tennis courts. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: This property can only sleep a maximum of three people, including children. Infants & children under the age of 2 years not allowed at this property. Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
