Ravens Croft is a ground floor barn conversion set on a working farm, 2 miles from Lanivet. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are a double and a single room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. Set within the Helman Tor nature reserve, Ravens Croft is a fantastic property to be used as a base by a couple or small family looking to explore this area.

Electric central heating with electric fire and air conditioning. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year. Please note: due to the shared indoor communal areas legislation which has been released, there will be no shared laundry access until the 17th May.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
