Spindrift is a wonderfully-located, ground floor coastal apartment set near the beach in Porth, near Newquay in Cornwall. With two bedrooms consisting of one king-size double and one twin (which can be linked together to create a king-size double), this cottage can sleep four people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a small, private patio with a furniture and a barbecue. Spindrift is the perfect choice for friends and families looking for a superb beach holiday in Cornwall, all year round. Please note: no stag or hen parties or similar.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for strictly one car only in school holidays, at other times a second car is only available upon request. Enclosed private courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.7 miles. Beach 0.1 miles. Note: Please contact the office to see if booking can be accepted if you are looking to book within 72 hours of the holiday start date. Please note: no stag or hen parties or similar.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
