It offers two bedrooms, one double and one single on the first floor while the living accommodation; sitting room and kitchen are on the ground floor. The shower room with corner shower, hand basin and wc is also on the ground floor. Outside is a pretty enclosed lawned garden to the rear and road side parking to the front. The Pippin is one cute cottage, is well presented and ideal for a family or group of three friends who wish to explore this delightful part of Cornwall.
