Tom is a charming cottage converted from a barn near the pretty North Cornwall village of Blisland. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside are two shared lawns with furniture and barbecues and 30 acres of grounds to wander, plus parking for two cars. Just ¼ mile from the village, Tom is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Shared use of Electric Vehicle Charging point. Barbecue. One well-behaved dog welcome, for a second dog please enquire. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: No pets between 20th July and 31st August.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
