Tranquillity is a lovely cottage resting near the village of Falmouth, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, with further visitor spaces available, along with a patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture, barbecue and shared lawn area. Resting in a delightful location with pleasant surroundings, Tranquillity is a magnificent cottage in a vibrant part of England. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £25/week. Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort. Note: Shared leisure facilities on-site tennis court, children's play area, gym, jacuzzi, and small splash pool, seasonal opening times apply. Note: One pet welcome at a charge of £35.00 per week. Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
