Villa No 50 is cosy and charming and is situated in Camelford, Cornwall and benefits from its peaceful environment along with 15 acres of land. The cottage has one double bedroom and one with 2 single, as well as a family bathroom and can sleep four people. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, Fridge with ice box, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of the cottage there is a front lawned area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Set in a tranquil area, Villa No 50 is located around plenty to do for everyone making it the perfect getaway!

Pub 2 mins walk. 5 minute drive to Bowood Park Golf Course. Note: Local fishing is available 4miles away from the property named Ferndale course fishing. Note: No stag, hen parties or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
