Rambler's Cottage is a stone-built cottage situated on the owners' working farm, two miles from the town of Matlock. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, along with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and gas stove. Outside there's ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture and children's play area. Rambler's Cottage is a lovely base for a family, with plenty to see and do in the area.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Matlock Golf Club opposite. Note: The owner operates a caravan storage business adjacent to the property, therefore vehicles delivering or collecting caravans down the drive maybe seen.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
