Stevenson's Place is an end-terrace cottage in the village of Whitwell in Derbyshire. It has two bedrooms including a double with a trundle single and a room with three singles, which can be pushed together to make a super king-size double, and an en-suite shower room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep five people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, utility and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and ample roadside parking, there is also a rear sitting area with a table and chairs. Stevenson's Place is a charming cottage in a central location, perfect for a family holiday.

Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample roadside parking on a first come first served basis and off road parking for 1 small car. Rear lawn with summer house and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note: Family bedroom is open to the stairs, with a stairgate available to be used and this room has sloping ceilings. Note: There is a smoking area outside the property. Note: Check in is 2pm and check out is by 11am.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
