Apartment 5 is a stunning ground floor beachside apartment situated 20 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the Devon coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps six people in two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin, and on a new king size sofa bed in the living area. On the same level is an open-plan living space with fantastic sea views, seating area, dining area, kitchen and glazed doors to a terrace with furniture and electric barbecue. Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is off-road parking in a reserved parking space for one car or two cars nose to tail. Positioned beside a beach and with amazing views of the sea and Burgh Island, Apartment 5 is a special place for a Devon break.

Bed linen and bath and hand towels (also beach towels and tea towels) inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car, or two cars nose to tail in a reserved parking space. Enclosed terrace/patio with barbecue. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Shared use of leisure facilities and restaurant/bar within the building. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Leisure facilities open from 10am every day (except Christmas day and Boxing day). Note: This property does not accept children under 14 in gym or sauna. Note: The club restaurant/bar is open 10am to 9pm during the High Season, reservations recommended, Over Christmas and New Year the opening hours are from the 24th till the 4th of January open from 10 am till 4 pm - Christmas day and Boxing day closed (for all other times of the year, please contact the Leisure Centre for opening times).

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
