Meader Barn is a delightful detached barn conversion situated on the owners' traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park and four miles from the market town of Tavistock. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one mezzanine king-size double and one ground floor twin, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: MeaderBarn is a convenient base for exploring this wonderful part of Devon.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: Two steps down to access prop and two steps down to access ground floor bedroom. Note: Road to property is a farm track and may not be suitable for some vehicles Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
