The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. One well-behaved dog welcome.. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to the property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down to access the property and one step up into the bedroom. Note: access to the property is via a farm road and may not be suitable for some vehicles. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds. Please note: This property is in a secluded location.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
