Junket Cottage is a smart contemporary semi-detached cottage above the river in the Devon waterside village of Noss Mayo. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin, plus a downstairs bathroom. On the ground floor is a hall, a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a seating area with furniture, with access through the gate to the left hand side of the hedge, there are steep steps leading down to a shared slipway, mooring and quay beside the river. Just 500 yards from the popular waterside inns, Junket Cottage is a smashing place for a relaxing and interesting break in Devon.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not allowed upstairs) no puppies under 1 year. Please note there is a supplementary charge for the 2nd pet. Sorry no smoking.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
