Larksworthy Cottage is a pretty, thatched cottage in the town of North Tawton. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom and a single bedroom. Downstairs is the bathroom, along with the kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a garden with furniture, while the shop and pub are just a short walk away. Larksworthy Cottage is ideally placed for enjoying Dartmoor, heading to Okehampton or enjoying either of Devon's beautiful coastlines.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking outside cottage on first come, first served basis. Enclosed garden with decked area, furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved dog welcome. Please note, there is a £25.00 pet supplement charge per booking. Sorry,no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is one step down from the sitting room to the dining area. Please note, the Bathroom has been renovated, therefore there will be new photographs on the site in May.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
