Little Gate Cottage is a charming, historic, thatched cottage in the Devon village of North Bovey. The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and kitchen area, and a dining room. Outside is a private wooded garden across the neighbour’s drive. With Dartmoor and lovely walks all around, Little Gate Cottage is a fabulous base for a Devon break.

Night storage heating with wood burning stove, first basket of logs provided free and subsequent £2. Microwave, fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for one car, 40 metres down the lane, past the property. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Please note: The garden area is not suitable for small children, people with limited mobility or the elderly.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
