The Gallery is an architect-designed reverse-level cottage in countryside a mile from the Devon village of Aveton Gifford. The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs en suite double bedrooms (one can convert to small twin). On the first floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen with dining area and glass doors to steps down to the garden. Outside is a private enclosed garden with table and chairs, and six shared acres of meadow, pond and lawn for picnics and croquet, plus off road parking for two cars. The Gallery is a charming and peaceful retreat with lovely views for a year-round relaxing break in Devon.

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
