The Loft is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of Chilsworthy and close to Holsworthy in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio, a shared lawned area and shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. The Loft is close to many places of interest and is an ideal base for a couple.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own swimming pool/beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is available for browsing only, not suitable for downloading or streaming. Note: Sloping ceilings throughout. Note: Thereis two steps down to the bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed via 14 internal steps. Note The pool whilst available is unheated between the dates 1st November - 15th March.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
