Treetops is a first floor detached property in Woody Bay, Devon. It is reached by a flight of wooden steps leading up to a large, private decking area which overlooks a wooded hillside and the North Devon coast in the distance. Sliding doors lead into a large living room, dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a king-size bedroom overlooking the deck with a separate bathroom and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Off street parking is available. Treetops is the ideal place to visit for a short break with your partner.

Central heating. Oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. TV, DVD, WIFI limited, iPod dock. Fuel and power and inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking. Large first floor decked area. One pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Unsuitable for small children except babes in arms. Note: The property is on the first floor and accessed via steep steps, may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
