Parkfield Cottage is in the village of Sturminster Marshall near Blandford Forum in Dorset. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a ground floor double with an en-suite bathroom and an eaves mezzanine twin room which is only suitable for children. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio and lawned area with furniture and a BBQ. Parkfield Cottage is ideal for a couple or a small family to tour this area.

Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio and small lawned area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: The River Winterborne flows through the garden, although often drying up in the summer, young children should be supervised. Note: The only bathroom is the en-suite to the double. Note: The first floor bedroom has no door, limited head height and is a mezzanine situated above the sitting room making it only suitable for children. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
