Additionally, there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove and bread oven. To the outside there is off-road parking in an allocated space outside the property, and a private enclosed orchard to the rear. Pound Cottage is a lovely property from which you can explore the beautiful county of Dorset. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note:Property only accepts arrivals on a Friday and a Monday

Fuel, power and one basket of logs and kindling provided for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking in allocated space. Enclosed Orchard nearby for guests to use; no private garden. Note: Orchard is part of the nature reserve and allows public access. One well behaved dog welcome; Note: Dog not allowed upstairs or on any furnishings. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 3.4 miles. Note: The cottage is located within a small car park which is used by those visiting the nature reserve - one space has been allocated to Pound Cottage guests and cottage visitors are welcome to use the other available spaces. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
