Barforth Hall Dairy is a single-storey pet-friendly cottage in a group of former farm buildings near Gainford. The cottage sleeps five people and has a double bedroom, a twin room (with two double beds) and a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area and there is a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking, a wood-fired hot tub and free stabling available at the stables next door. Barforth Hall Dairy is well placed for enjoying walking and cycling, or for touring this lovely area.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for hot tub and stove supplied. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with wood-fired hot tub and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Fishing available on land. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage and stabling can be arranged at additional cost through the owner. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn’t pot holed or rutted. Please note the wood burning hot tub can take up to 4 hours to heat up and needs to started and maintained by yourself during your stay, you need to stay with the fire once it is lit. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
