Barforth Hall Parlour is a stone-built cottage situated in a rural location, one mile from the village of Gainford and within reach of Barnard Castle. This ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has studio accommodation with a king-size double bed and a sitting area, a shower room and a kitchen. The cottage also has off road parking and a patio area. With many walking and cycling routes in the area, as well as plenty of attractions to enjoy, Barforth Hall Parlour makes an excellent base for a romantic retreat.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio area with table and chairs. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isnt pot holed or rutted. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. 1.8 mile to Winston village -pub on a bridle path and 3miles to Eppleby shop and Tea rooms tarmac lane

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
