The property sleeps four people in one twin bedroom and one king-size double bedroom. There is also a stylish family bathroom. Downstairs you will find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is roadside parking to the front of the cottage. Barnard Castle’s high street boasts a fine selection of independent shops, pubs and cafes and there’s a weekly market too. Church Cottage is a beautiful property, perfect for exploring this wonderful area of the Yorkshire Dales.

Roadside parking on first come, first served basis close by or in nearby public car park at £1.50 per day. Outdoor table and chairs on public footpath to front of property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
