The Aspens is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Middleton-In-Teesdale. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size with freestanding bath and en-suite shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into a super-king-size bed on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a patio area with furniture and hot tub and a lawn area. The Aspens is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of the Pennines.

Enclosed patio area with furniture and hot tub and lawn area. Chiminea / BBQ. One well-behaved Pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 4 miles, shop within 5.8 miles. Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs. Travel cot available on request. Stair-gates and highchair available. Stair gates are at top and bottom of stairs. Please note: This property does not accept booking that start or end on a Sunday and those that start or end on a Saturday are by request to the owner.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
