The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and cosy sitting area and French doors opening on to a lovely decked area, with delightful views over the adjacent fields. A separate dining room includes a small useful desk, and a bright and airy bathroom completes this ground floor accommodation.Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a patio area equipped with furniture, barbecue and a decked area. Field View is a perfect base for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed side patio with furniture, rear newly re-decked area with seating. Shop and pub 20 mins walk. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. Note: Property is behind the owner’s cattery business, owner can accommodate cats, rabbits, guinea pigs etc by prior arrangement. Please note: adults over 30 only allowed, or infants under 1year old. No children under 18.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
