The cottage can sleep three people and has one double bedroom with TV, one single room and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a sitting room with open fire and dining area, along with a separate kitchen. Outside is roadside parking and a front patio with furniture located on an open walkway. Cosy Cottage is a lovely bolt hole perfect for a romantic break or for a small family wishing to explore this delightful part of North Yorkshire.

Two well-behaved do gs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village shop / cafe open Saturdays 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am -4pm, larger supermarket 6 miles away Rusty Bike Cafe 5 min walk away pubs 1 min walk. Note: Sitting area to the front of the property is on a shared open walkway. Please note: this property does not take less than a week long bookings between the months of April and September and Christmas week.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
