Derwent Cottage is a nicely-presented barn conversion, set in a peaceful and rural location, just four miles from Malton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a large decked patio with furniture. Derwent Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Note There is a £25.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. As the hot tub needs to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Max 4 guests and 1 infant. Please note: This property only allows Monday and Friday Check in's. Please note: There is a £45.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. As the hot tub needs to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening. Please note: It is the guests' responsibility to advise Sykes or the owner if they wish to use the hot tub for their stay, please ensure this is done at least 2 days before your arrival date.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
