Sea Breeze is a single storey, detached cottage on The Bay near Filey. The cottage has a double room with en-suite, a twin room which can be a king-size double if needed, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is a private deck and communal grounds including lakes and picnic areas. There is use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and additional facilities including the gym are available at extra cost. The beach is a short walk away, and Filey and the rest of the coast are easily accessible, making Sea Breeze an ideal year-round retreat. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Private decked front patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on site.The facilities are open but do need to book to use them. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
