White Rose Cottage is a modern terraced property on the The Bay Holiday Park near to Filey in North Yorkshire. The property sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The rest of the accommodation comprises a sitting room with dining area, a kitchen and a cloakroom. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a small private patio with furniture and barbecue. There's also shared use of the park's facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court. With so much going on in the area, White Rose Cottage is a superb holiday accommodation, all year round.

Note: Communal leisure facilities on-site, inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna, steam room, gym, tennis and table tennis. Note: The swimming pool's will be closed on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of February. Note: Optional charge for other facilities on-site inc. scuba diving lessons, fishing and bike hire etc. Note: Due to the lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: there will be premium welcome tray on arrival.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
