Grey Croft is a bright and airy, semi-detached barn conversion which boasts uninterrupted views towards the sea, is just a short stroll from Embleton and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room, a shower room, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name. Each stay is allocated a number of slots, 7 night stay - 5 slots, 5 night stay - 3 slots,3 night stay - 2 slots. The same time slot is not available to each property each day. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a shared children’s play area on the cottage complex. Grey Croft is a wonderful holiday cottage for your well-deserved break.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Please note: if requiring more logs will need to be purchased independently. Own matches will need to be brought. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome, £40 charge for a second dog. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name.
