All first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and a sitting area, with large sliding glass door onto private balcony. Shared play area on cottage complex.

Mill View is a flat on the second floor on North Farm near Embleton, Northumberland. It has two bedrooms comprising of a double and a twin, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name. Each stay is allocated a number of slots, 7 night stay - 5 slots, 5 night stay - 3 slots,3 night stay - 2 slots. The same time slot is not available to each property each day. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking. Mill View is an attractive property in a fabulous location.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 20 minute walk. Note: This property is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs only (there is no lift available). Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Note: Caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20. Note: Check in 4pm, check out 9.30am. Note Maximum party size is four persons plus one infant. Please Note: This property will only accept a check in on a Thursday. This property has a good housekeeping bond of £150

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
