It comes with a super-king size bed and a twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. This cottage also comes with an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars as well as a gravel and patio area. Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Initial supply of logs included (1st October to 30th April bookings only). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed gravelled and patio area to rear. two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to location on sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead. Note: Due to river on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is no mobile phone signal in this property. Note: This property does not have an electric vehicle charging point. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle via a three-pin domestic plug socket, permission will need to be granted in advance by the owner and a supplementary charge of £35.00 will need to be paid in advance of your arrival. Please Note: Work to begin in Kielder Forest near the property by the local council between January-March 2025, this may be subject to change.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
