It is located up a little gravel track with fields to either side of the barn so you can stretch your legs or sit and admire the surrounding countryside. Inside you will find a living room with exposed beams for that countryside cottage feel. A spacious fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a utility and cloakroom with WC. They have one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bath and shower room and WC. Ample off road parking is available for two cars. There is a private paved terrace to the rear with a table and chairs and a barbecue, overlooking the surrounding farmland. Pheasant Cottage is excellent for small families interested in a remote countryside break. Please note no travel cot available. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Whilst property is all on one level, there is gravel around the property and steps into the entrance. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
