Pine Lodge is a lovely detached lodge situated close to the village of Culbokie just six miles from Dingwall on the Black Isle in Scotland. The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are a double bedroom and a twin room together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private garden with furniture. Pine Lodge is a delightful lodge and an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Front and rear lawned garden with furniture set in secluded parkland-style grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: There are 6 paving steps up to front door and 3 internal steps in hallway. Note: EV Charging Point available upon request (7kW, Type-2 with charging cable provided to parking space, competitive electricity unit costs available on request).

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
