Ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, garden with furniture, tennis court. There is also an external games room with a full-size pool table and table tennis. Note: The Cottage is situated in the grounds of the owner's home, but is sufficiently secluded to allow for privacy. One well behaved dog accepted at a supplement of £15. Note: Should guests prefer, there is one outside kennel and a run that's able to accommodate 1 dog. If you cannot add your pet at the time you make your booking, please contact Sykes to add your pet/pay any supplement. Note: The property is accessed up three small steps. Note: Max 4 guests plus one infant. Note: This property can only accept bookings of 3 nights or more. Please note: During the summer months, the property has a charcoal barbecue available.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
