The Sheiling is a charming, detached cottage situated near Brig O'Turk and Callander, surrounded by the Tossachs National Park. The cottage is set solely over the ground floor and can sleep three people in a super king size room, 3ft single bed and a family bathroom. There is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room boasting a cosy woodburning stove. Outside, there is a private, lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue. There is also off road parking for three cars. The Sheiling is a wonderful base for uncovering the wild beauty of Scotland, all year round.

DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Front patio with furniture. Rear lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Please be advised that as from 2019 there will no longer be a bunk bed, there will be a 3ft single bed. Please Note - Kitchen has a stone floor, Slightly uneven in places. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
