Red Kite is a semi-detached cottage near the River Sien, Cwmbach. The cottage has a double and a family room with three singles, a bathroom and an additional cloakroom on the first floor. The kitchen is on the upper ground floor, with a sitting room and dining area on the lower ground floor. There is also a shared games room and shared laundry room. Outside is off road parking for 2 cars, a communal patio and access to the owners' woodland walk. Red Kite is a good base for heading into the Preselli Hills, down to the Pembroke Coast National Park, or just enjoying the riverside setting.

Off-road parking for 2 cars, one behind the other. Electric vehicle charging point (payment for use direct to owners on site). Bike store. Secluded raised patio. Shared access to owners’ extensive woodland garden with riverside walks. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shops, pubs and restaurants 7 miles. Note: Access to owner's dog wash area on request. Note: WiFi is not suitable for large downloads. Note: Due to the valley location, poor mobile signal. Note: Dogs are to be kept under control, due to being surrounded by working farmland.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
