Bronwen Cottage is one of two, stylish semi-detached cottages located on the outskirts of Conwy on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and can sleep four people in one king-size double and one twin room. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the half landing. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. There is shared use of a large lawned area. Bronwen Cottage is a wonderful base for families or friends looking to explore the Conwy Valley.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of large lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: First floor has sloping ceiling with reduced height to side of room. Note: Shower room is located on half landing. Note: If booked with Ref 938836, the ground floor bedrooms become through rooms. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Please note: This property only accepts bookings starting on Fridays or Monday.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
