Bothi is a lovely, modern barn conversion situated in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National park in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in a double bedroom and has a shower room, with a basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of white a fitted kitchen and an area for dining, and a sitting room with TV. To the outside of the cottage is a patio with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. The area is perfect for keen walkers and cyclists, and the nearby river means that fishing can be organised on prior arrangement from the owner.

Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: 2 Adults max (babes in arms only). Note: Small drop from the patio, care to be taken. Note: Private river fishing (mainly trout) on owner's land can be arranged with owner, free of charge if guests provide own rod licence. Note: This property accepts adults only, and babes in arms. Check in 4pm from the 19th March 2020, Please note - Customers are unable to charge their electric vehicles at the property. There is a charge of £50 for sue of the hot tub, This is payable directly to the owner a week before the holiday is due to start
