Bron Olau is a charming semi-detached cottage in the hamlet of Rhyd y Sarn halfway between Maentrwog and Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a kitchen, sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. There is a spacious sun/boot room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a lawned garden with furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is off road parking on a first come first served basis. Everything is within easy reach of this homely cottage Bron Olau, which can be enjoyed any time of the year.

Power, fuel and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking on first come, first served basis is in a near-by layby. Enclosed front patio with furniture and lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: There are four internal steps and a narrow and low doorway from the kitchen to the boot/sun room and bathroom. Note: The bedroom is open to the stairs. Note: The footpath leading to the cottage is approximately 25 yards long(please note there is a slight incline to the footpath leading to the property). Note: Whilst the garden is enclosed it is not secure, dogs must be supervised at all times as sheep are often roaming free in the woods. Note: Adults only, babes in arms welcome but not suitable for toddlers or children. Please note: This property can only accept dogs, it cannot accept cats or other pets.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
