Glan-yr-Afon Cottage is an 18th Century, stone built cottage in a residential lane in the village of Tanygrisiau, less than 2 miles from Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. The cottage has one double bedroom and one single with an additional pull out bed, which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a multi fuel stove. Outside the cottage is an enclosed front garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. Set in the middle of the Snowdonia National Park and with stunning views, Glan-yr-Afon Cottage is a superb cottage in a stunning location.

Off road parking available on first come, first served basis in allocated parking bays opposite cottage. Enclosed front patio with picnic bench. Enclosed, private rear patio with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only, please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Pub 20 mins walk. Lakeside Cafe 3 mins walk. Shops and amenities 1.6 miles. Note: Front patio is gated and enclosed by a 3' 5" stone wall.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
