Holly Cottage is a character-filled barn conversion situated around a courtyard, on the owners' smallholding, five miles from Pwllheli. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite bath and a ground floor twin, as well as a ground floor wet room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove. Outside there's ample off road parking and shard use of the courtyard with furniture, gardens, woodland and a fruit and vegetable garden. Holly Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

Ample off road parking. Shared use of courtyard with furniture, plus use of gardens, woodland and pick your own fruit and vegetable garden (subject to seasonal availability). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 5 miles. Note: The property is accessed via a 0.5 mile unmade track. Note: There are sloped ceilings and beams in the double bedroom.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
