Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a family bathroom including bath with shower over, basin and WC, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside is an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. An external utility room hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer, shared with the neighbouring property. There is parking for two cars, and a private patio with seating. Marchlyn will be a lovely location to bring a small family to, to enjoy the Welsh countryside at its best.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodbburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available by arrangement. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio area with furniture. Bike storage available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and petrol station 1 mile. Note: The owner can offer stabling for 1 or 2 ponies/horses with turn out and use of menage by seperate arrangement and a small charge of £25.00 per pony/horse, per stay.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
