Melin Bach is a stone-built property resting on the outskirts of the town of Porthmadog. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a king-size double and a ground-floor bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. The property is completed with a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture. Melin Bach is a superb base for a family getaway to the Welsh coast. Note:this property is not suitable for more than two adults. Note: the property only accepts a minimum breaks of 3 nights

Note: Due to the location of the property, there is no mobile signal, however the internet network will support WiFi calling. Note: Home deliveries are available with Tesco. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: There is an internal step down to kitchen, shower room and 3 steps to bunk room. Note: Arrival is 4pm. Note: Property can be booked with Ref 1007875 and 1007868, together they can sleep 10 guests. Note:this property is not suitable for more than two adults. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
